Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rocket Science Group LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital marketing and web development services. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate allocation of resources and labor, we have a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Services & Consulting

Because our work involves custom strategy, development, and intellectual property creation, all sales are final once work has commenced. We do not offer refunds for digital marketing campaigns, SEO services, or development work that has already been executed or delivered.

2. Project Cancellations

• Before Work Commences: If you cancel a project before any work has started or any resources have been allocated, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our payment processor.
• During the Project: If you choose to terminate a project while it is in progress, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining deposit balance exceeding the value of the completed work will be refunded.

3. Subscriptions and Retainers

For ongoing monthly services (e.g., monthly SEO or ad management retainers), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
