4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our Services, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., custom code, website designs). Rocket Science Group LLC retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or pre-existing intellectual property used during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Science Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
